I had to swap my bottle for a different size, and the whole thing was really straightforward. The return label came through quickly and it all got sorted without any stress. Based on this, I’d say their exchange process is smooth

I picked up a miir bottle thinking my water would just taste like regular water, but nope. It had this weird metal/plastic taste that wouldn’t really go away, even after I washed it a few times. I tried coffee in it too and that was worse because the flavor kind of stuck around after, like really stuck. For what it costs, I expected it to be way more neutral. Disappointing, disappointing for sure.

I bought this Miir bottle thinking it would be a solid everyday option for work and quick trips, but it ended up being more of a hassle than I expected. It takes up a lot of space in my bag, and it doesn’t really fit in my car cup holder either, which gets annoying fast.
The bottle itself seems well made, but I wish the size and portability had been communicated more clearly because it definitely doesn’t feel like something I want to carry around all day. It’s just a little too heavy and awkward, so I barely use it now.

I’ve dropped this bottle a couple times already, not on purpose obviously, but stuff happens when you’re carrying it around every day. So far it’s held up well, just a few scratches here and there. i’d rather have a few marks than the bottle crack or leak, so I’m not too bothered by it

I bought this MiiR tumbler hoping it would keep my coffee hot while I was at work, but it was already lukewarm after maybe 2 hours, even with the lid closed. My old cheap cup does a better job. It looks nice, but the insulation just isnt good. Disappointed and wouldnt buy it again.

I really like how it looks, but the size was a bit disappointing. I’m not sure how to explain it, but I just expected it to hold more than it does. I end up having to refill it often, which gets annoying. It’s not terrible, just not super practical for my everyday use.

The bottle feels sturdy and I haven’t noticed any weird taste, so that part is great. My only issue is that the safety info feels a little too polished and vague, like company wording instead of actual details. I’d feel better if they were more upfront about testing for the coating and lid materials.

I had to wait in the queue way longer than expected, which was already annoying, and then the box showed up a bit dented. Nothing inside seemed damaged, but the packaging definitely could’ve been better.

I emailed miir.com twice about an issue with my order and kept watching for some kind of pattern, confirmation, follow-up, anything that showed someone had actually picked it up. Instead, I got no real answer and just sat there waiting with no update, which was frustrating.
I totally get that support teams get busy, but even a quick “we’re looking into it” would’ve made a difference. When the only pattern is silence, it’s hard to feel good about ordering again.

I really wanted to like this MiiR bottle, because it looks nice and feels solid. But leak resistance just isn’t as good as I expected. If it sits upright, it’s fine, but if I toss it in bag, it starts dripping around the lid. I had papers get wet once, and after that I stopped trusting it for work. Nice bottle in some ways, just not reliable enough for carrying around.

They did end up honoring the warranty, so I’ll give them credit for that. The weird part is, the actual help was fine once they responded, but getting a reply took longer than I expected. I had to follow up twice before things really moved along. Not a terrible experience, just a bit frustrating

The lid’s been working good for me so far. I haven’t really had any leaks or anything, though it does feel a little stiff sometimes when I’m trying to open or close it...

My order showed up much later than expected, which was frustrating. I get that delays happen, but this took long enough that I feel like some kind of compensation or credit would be fair.

I bought this as a gift and overall it was okay. It looked nice when it finally showed up, but the shipping took a bit longer than I expected. I did reach out to support and they basically said something like, “It’s on the way and should update soon,” which was helpful enough, just not super specific. My friend still liked it, so it worked out in the end, but I wouldn’t call it perfect

I was a little nervous after placing the order because I’m picky about colors and sizing, and I always double-check that stuff for a reason. Thankfully, everything showed up exactly like I selected on the site, and nothing was missing. It did take a bit longer than I thought it would, but i’d rather wait a little and get the right items than have to deal with returns. Overall, I’m happy with it

It’s a good bottle. It feels sturdy, and the lid hasn’t leaked at all, which is a relief. My only gripe is the paint already got a tiny scratch after about a week, so now I feel like I have to be extra careful with it, which is kind of annoying. Still, overall I’m happy with it

I tried ordering from miir.com for the first time, and it was a rough introduction. The checkout kept glitching, my cart was updating in weird ways, the promo code wouldn’t go through, and every page felt like it took forever to load. After about 20 minutes of messing with it, I just gave up. Definitely not the kind of first impression that makes me want to come back and try again.
